NexTopologix(이하 "회사")는 모바일 애플리케이션 Garage Notes(이하 "앱")를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다룹니다. 이 방침은 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고, 그 정보가 어디에 저장되는지를 설명합니다.
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 회사는 이용자가 앱에 입력한 차량·정비 기록을 수집하거나 전송받지 않습니다.
다음 정보는 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.

이 정보는 회사의 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 회사는 이를 열람할 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 정보도 함께 삭제됩니다.
앱은 사진을 저장할 때 크기를 줄이면서 촬영 위치(GPS) 등 부가 메타데이터를 제거합니다. 다만 이용자가 "사진 화질"을 원본으로 설정한 경우에는 원본 파일이 그대로 저장되므로 메타데이터가 유지될 수 있습니다.
앱에는 백업 파일(ZIP), 정비 이력 ZIP, PDF 보고서, 텍스트 복사 기능이 있습니다. 이 기능은 이용자가 직접 실행할 때만 동작하며, 만들어진 파일은 이용자가 선택한 위치(클라우드 드라이브, 메신저, 이메일 등)로만 전달됩니다. 회사는 이 과정에 관여하지 않고 파일을 전달받지도 않습니다. 전달한 뒤의 관리 책임은 이용자와 해당 서비스 제공자에게 있습니다.

권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱의 나머지 기능은 정상적으로 사용할 수 있습니다. 권한은 기기의 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있습니다.
앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재합니다. 광고 제공을 위해 Google이 광고 식별자, 기기·네트워크 정보, 대략적인 위치(IP 기반) 등을 수집·이용할 수 있습니다. 이는 Google이 수행하는 처리이며, 자세한 내용은 아래에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
맞춤 광고를 원하지 않는 경우, 안드로이드 기기의
설정 > 개인정보 보호 > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
회사는 이용자의 정비 데이터를 보관하지 않습니다. 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 있으며, 앱 내에서 개별 기록을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 파기됩니다. 이용자가 별도로 내보낸 백업 파일은 이용자가 직접 삭제해야 합니다.
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동으로부터 의도적으로 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
앱이 다루는 정보는 전적으로 이용자의 기기 안에 있으므로, 이용자는 앱 화면에서 언제든지 직접 열람·수정·삭제할 수 있습니다. 회사에 별도로 열람이나 삭제를 요청할 대상 정보는 존재하지 않습니다.
이 방침이 변경되는 경우 이 페이지에 수정된 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 중요한 변경이 있을 때에는 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내합니다.

NexTopologix ("we") provides the mobile application Garage Notes ("the app"). This policy explains what information the app handles and where it is stored.
The app requires no sign-up or login, and we do not collect or receive the vehicle and maintenance data you enter.
The following is stored only on your device:
This data is never transmitted to our servers and we cannot access it. Uninstalling the app deletes it from your device.
When saving photos, the app resizes them and strips metadata such as GPS coordinates. If you set photo quality to Original, the original file is kept as-is and its metadata may be preserved.
The app can create backup files (ZIP), maintenance archives, PDF reports, and copyable text. These run only when you start them, and the resulting file goes only to the destination you choose (cloud drive, messenger, email, and so on). We are not involved in that transfer and never receive the file.
The rest of the app works without granting these. You can revoke them at any time in your device settings.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google may collect and use your
advertising identifier, device and network information, and approximate location derived
from your IP address. This processing is performed by Google; see the
Google Privacy Policy
and
AdMob data disclosures.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID under
Settings > Privacy > Ads on your Android device.
We retain none of your maintenance data. It exists only on your device and is destroyed as soon as you delete a record or uninstall the app. Backup files you exported must be deleted by you.
The app is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Because all information stays on your device, you can view, edit, and delete it directly in the app at any time. There is no data held by us for you to request access to or erasure of.
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page together with the effective date.
